FEATURES OF MONIEPOINT APP

Unfortunately, there isn’t much difference between the Moniepoint mobile app and the website login. This means that you would see the same thing on the mobile app as you would on the website – no special features, nothing at all.

Meanwhile, it is also very important to note that the app runs on the same server as the website, which means a downtime on the website will reflect on the app too. And that can sometimes cause the app not to load properly. In a nutshell, the only difference is getting to access your dashboard on a designated app instead of a browser.

IS MONIEPOINT APP SAFE?

Yes, definitely, it is safe to use.

SOME FEW REVIEWS FROM APP USERS

Herbert Chidi: This is very poor, non-responsive to mobile network, always having issues logging in, very slow, inability to access certain services like data subscriptions, inability to print transactions done on the mobile app through the terminal and lot, lot more…. to mention but a few 😔

Okougbo Precious: Poor connection, the app has so many issues like low service time, poor server, delay in app response, most time for two days I can’t have access to the app,I can’t operate the app. The problems are too much to even be mentioned. I’ll opt out from moniepoint to opay if nothing is done about it.

Margaret Ekwere: Hi. The frustratiin I get from this app is not to be forgotten in a hurry, almost 3 months now and I can’t access the app, stock in the last verification stage. Without the verification one cannot even get into the tha maybe to get help and email support will not respond in time. From January till now, no change. This app is not working for me, both app and online version are worse.

Juvenile B Ben: I actually don’t like reviewing app but I can’t stay silence on this one At first your app is fine but your missing out one great function which is TRANSACTION HISTORY. pls your transaction history should show up the full sender details if your receiving Money It should show the name of the sender very important, the bank he/she is using, then time and date please. Showing only the amount is not making any sense. Once I see that I’ll give you 5star Thanks.

Victor Uyioghosa: I have just opened Moniepoint for about a month now after read about them Online and referred by a friend. Now, after I made so many transaction on the first one month, I have not been able to make any Transfer or any form of transaction again from my POS and mobile app: it keeps saying Restricted Account. I have contacted my BRM, my state coordinator and chatted with them on whatapps, but no one has been able to help me out. They keep referring me to endless list of people. I have been so helpl

Omokeside Ajiboye: The app lags, sincerely. Nothing lags on my phone, but for some reasons, this app does. Your review time is slow. I’ve been trying to change my name for days now. I’m at the verge of giving up. Other than that, Moniepoint is still a better option than most commercial banks

Lanre Olanlokun: I really don’t want to write review until they sent me sms to do. I downloaded the app, tested it a token, some hours later the money disappeared without transaction details, I sent email without response, but the following day money was returned without transaction details, I am a dev and has experience with Fintech, so I know how things work. Unless you give a proper feedback which is technically reasonable to my ears I would conclude moniepoint to be fraudulent.

Adewale Omojowo: Hello moniepoint. When I started using your app n service everything was great. Lately I don’t really understand what is going on. I have reported the issue to my relationship manager but nothing seems to be done. I checked my account right now and the balance is showing -44,440 naira meanwhile my original balance is 364k. Some of my client said they did not see alert for the transaction I did yesterday. Please I am begining to loose my patience.

Paschal Odirah: This is one of the most difficult account I’ve tried to open so far, the information requirement is juat too much whereas the face verification point hangs everytime and no other process would go again untill I force close the app and reopen it to see it hang up over and over again, it just barfuls me. Let something be done to fix it please, thank you.

Azuka Vigo: This app is fantastically great. It has a simple user interface that opens up seamlessly. It helps you to save money. Devoid of network issues. They have a fantastic customer services that follows up on customer issues effortlessly until it is resolved. The best Micro Finance Bank ever in Nigeria. I surely will recommend it to lots of my friends. Everyone needs some Moniepoint Account for a seamless cashless operation.
